We want you charged only for what actually gets delivered. This page explains exactly when money comes back to you, and when it does not.
Most refunds need no action from you. If an order is cancelled by us or the provider, the full amount is returned to your account balance automatically. If an order is marked partial — meaning only some of the quantity could be delivered — we automatically refund the undelivered portion. For example, on an order of 1,000 where 900 were delivered, the value of the remaining 100 is returned.
If a provider rejects your order or is unreachable at the moment you place it, you are not charged at all.
Some services support cancellation, shown by a Cancel button on the order in My Orders. Cancellation is only possible before delivery begins — once an order starts processing it usually cannot be stopped. If cancellation succeeds, your refund is credited automatically.
Orders placed against an incorrect link, a private account, or content that is deleted or made private during delivery cannot be refunded, because the provider has already attempted delivery. Please double-check the link before ordering.
Drops after successful delivery are not refundable unless the service explicitly includes a refill guarantee — the refill period is shown on every service before you order. Budget services are cheaper precisely because they carry no refill guarantee.
We also cannot refund based on results, such as reach or engagement not meeting your expectations, or any action taken against your account by the platform.
Refunds are credited to your account balance, which can be spent on any service on this site. Balance is not transferable and is not returned to your bank account.
Any deposit bonus is promotional credit added to your account balance. It can be spent on services like any other balance, but it is non-refundable and non-withdrawable — bonus credit is never paid out as cash or returned to your bank account. If a deposit is reversed or found to be fraudulent, any bonus credited on it is removed. We may change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
Referral earnings are promotional credit added to your account balance, earned as a percentage of payments made by users you invite. Like bonus credit, they are non-refundable and non-withdrawable — spendable on services but not paid out as cash. Earnings from deposits that are reversed, refunded or found to be fraudulent will be removed, and we may change or end the referral program at any time. Abuse, such as creating fake accounts to refer yourself, will result in forfeited earnings and account closure.
